Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your electronics in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
